Hey @Francisco Milan - there's a couple ways to go about it, but the cleanest would be to setup a separate business entity in which everyone owns a certain % stake in based on whatever their contribution is.

This could vary from each group to another. For example, if everyone is contributing equal amounts of capital but one person is going to be responsible for managing everything day-to-day, then perhaps they get a slightly bigger %

Speak to your attorney & CPA/accountant on the best way to structure it so it makes sense for everyone.

Based on my experience your home is too big unless its in a very desirable area and is renovated nicely at that point maybe attracting vacational people is best like on AIRBNB.

But home is too big id shoot per bedroom, but pricing must be right otherwise those individuals will not want to share with others.
