Yuma has been very kind to me and my family.  We currently own 42 doors, and only have 2 vacancies because they are not in a habitable state.

I will advise that you must occupy a “primary residence” for at least a year in most circumstances, and anything other than occupancy will be considered fraud.  If you are a new investor, don’t begin down that path.  The temporary benefit will not outweigh the long term consequences.

@Emmanuel Soto.  Easiest way to pull comps without utilizing a realtor is by going to zillow.com and use the recently sold feature.  Take note of lots with similar Sq. Ft. And set up with trailers.  This should be able to get you a ball park estimate.

There is a current listing with the same set up for $64,900.  Obviously, it hasn’t sold yet so it isn’t a comp but will at least get you moving in the right direction.
