@Justin Harford contact the investigating authority local P.D. or Sheriffs department. Gather any and all information you can. What happened, injuries or death, when the crime scene can be released back you, also offer to help in anyone you can to expedite the process; there is a lot of red tape here. After that I would contact a local attorney who specializes in that type of law. Depending on the circumstances you may or may not be able to evict if they do not choose to leave. If you end up not being able to evict I would have the rental lease agreement memorized and look for anything that you can build a case to evict them. Documentation is key here.

Sounds like you are starting off great. If you are interested in doing flips or buy properties in need of rehab to hold long term I would also begin to learn how to do a multitude of repairs. Such as laying flooring down, painting, molding and trim, covering a framed wall, tile and grout. After mastering those I would then move on to more complicated stuff such as replacing cabinets and counters, sinks, toilets, bath tubs and showers. If you have no prior construction experience I would ask your contractor if you could Observe and help in order to gain knowledge and hands in experience while having a watchful eye checking your work.

Hello everyone! My name is Sean and am a new comer to the real estate world. I am interested in trying to find a mentor that could use an extra hand in doing what ever needs to be done! I have experience in construction, landscape, and stock market investing. I have no problem swinging a hammer or digging a ditch to help you out. I have also found that I can be very useful when it comes to research as well. I currently live in San Jose California but have no problem traveling in order to learn, work, and soak up any knowledge I can!!!
