@Tze Lee Yes, I don’t know why we’ve been given some limitations? Perhaps conventional loans has their own rules?

I have a VERY good PM who manage my out-of-state properties. That PM is also a Real Estate agent & has a construction background, so it's a major plus.

Buy 1 or 2 apartment buildings or small retails and retire early.

I'm in the same boat as yours. I'm done with my flippings 2 years ago & bought rental properties instead. All of my rental properties generate high cash flow since then. I'm happy that I made a move earlier. Nowadays, it's getting really hard to buy MF properties, it's super competitive and I wonder how their cash flow looks, it may be break-even or negative.

I am so ready to flip another house, but only if there's a good opportunity / when the number makes sense :)

Hi Nathan, for a guy like Matt Faircloth who has completed more than $30 Million in Real Estate transactions involving Private Capital, how come he doesn't have a solid website? Really question his credibility.

Because the virus is spreading so fast all over the world, even it isn't as deadly as the other viruses. Factored by panic reaction, so stock market is sinking deeper and deeper....and will lead into mild global recession...

@Nathan G. Really appreciate your input, Nathan. I will read those two books and hoping I’ll find the answers there.
