What is the date of your February meeting?

I have done business with PPR and have found them to be great to work with. I have had to use the warranty and they bought back the loan with no delays. I also bought a note that cashed out before making the first payment which gave me a nice profit. I currently have two notes with them that have stayed current since I purchased them.

I am looking for a good book on Wholesaling with good descriptions and examples of the documents used. Can anyone share the title of a quality book that helped them? I'm not interested in infomercial books or introduction to Guru course books, just real books written by quality authors.
