the numbers does not bad,  what happens if the deal takes more time to finish and close?  who is going to be on the title?  what kind of partnership agreement is going to be?

@Debbie Rumsey , as you can see, everyone has their own opinion, first at all, congratulations for all you have done, for me when I buy a SFH or a Multifamily, I always try to find partners for the down payment or part of the deal, you can start doing Syndication without selling your portfolio
