So Far I’ve been trying Facebook Marketplace which brings some traffic, but just wondering if theirs any other alternatives app/Website to list my Unit

I'm Full-time Investor, who typically Focuses on Brrrr Strategy here in Memphis Tn.. lately I've been hearing more about BRRR strategy with Building out New Construction Properties. Especially with Building in a Opportunity Zone for Great Tax Breaks.

Do anyone have Experience with Buildings Homes or Building Homes in a Opportunity Zone?

I moved to Memphis TN a couple months ago to take Advantage of the Cheap Properties here. I purchased a few Properties luckily/Unluckily they were already Occupied.

Now I have some Vacancies, but I can’t find any Good Contractors to turn over/ Update the Property..

I’m reaching out to BP Family in search of Contractors they can Recommend to me… Can you guys help??

Hey Guys, I’m new to Memphis TN and have a couple of Rental Properties. One of My properties has a Tenant that I Inherit.

This Tenant is giving trouble. I may have to Evict soon. Just wondering have any one gone through the Eviction Process in Tennessee?? If so, How much does it cost? How long does it take from A-Z?

I had to fire a few Contractors in the Middle of a Project. Any knows some Good Contractors in Memphis, Tn??

I’m located in Florida but Invest in Multiple Markets, but now We’re hitting Memphis and I have couple of deals under Contract. Of course my goal is hire a Property Management, but that’s where I’m having trouble at. Can anyone Recommend a good Property Management Company in Memphis, Tennessee?
