Hey Guys, I’m new to Memphis TN and have a couple of Rental Properties. One of My properties has a Tenant that I Inherit.

This Tenant is giving trouble. I may have to Evict soon. Just wondering have any one gone through the Eviction Process in Tennessee?? If so, How much does it cost? How long does it take from A-Z?

I can give you a ballpark estimate but know my property management company has done this for me the few times it has ever happened.  It can be done from start to finish in about 45-60 days on average and cost about $400 +/-.

This has been my experience. A lot of times they will move out during the eviction which saves you time and money.

Good luck
