I'm Full-time Investor, who typically Focuses on Brrrr Strategy here in Memphis Tn.. lately I've been hearing more about BRRR strategy with Building out New Construction Properties. Especially with Building in a Opportunity Zone for Great Tax Breaks.
Do anyone have Experience with Buildings Homes or Building Homes in a Opportunity Zone?
