@Anthony Thompson if i purchased a absentee list do they come with a phone number? what's the best option for me if i can't afford to direct mail ?

after getting a seller on contract does the buyer have to put down earnest money?? and he does where do i send the earnest money or where does he send it to??

@Anthony Thompson the criteria i selected to get an absentee list balls down to 1,600 for $350. I search ed the state and not the county. if i were to purchased this list the next thing to do is direct mail??
