@Carlos Aquino you'd have to check whatever service you're using. My guess is that sometimes phone #s might be available, but for extra cost. My guess is also that there's no guarantee the phone #s are good.

So, if the option is available you might spend a little to test it out, but I think you'll find that most of the phone #s are probably old, not in service, etc. If you can afford it though it's probably worth trying, just to see.

If you're buying a list of non-owner-occupied (absentee) owners, I'm not sure what you could do with such a list besides direct mail.

If your list included owner occupied, then I'd say you could do door knocking, but if they're all in other towns or states that'd be kind of difficult.

So I'm not really sure. I guess I'd say if you can't afford direct mail, there's not much point in spending money on buying a list of mailing addresses for absentee owners. You might want to explore other marketing methods such as bandit signs, driving for dollars, fliers, etc.
