heard him speak yesterday at David Lindahl's Foreclosure Chunker bootcamp. He is now offering wholesaling system with other bonuses inlcuding that his students will get proof of funds and funding opportunities for their wholesale deals. Did sound convincing must say. Anyone have experience with his wholesaling course?

on its website there is a bbb seal but when go www.bbb.org and type in zeromoneyinvestment.com, there is no report. Is it a different website to check bbb standing?

What is the wait time usually once start the process? Definitely sounds too good to be true but seems worthy of trying per Mr Bui's testimonial.

anyone dealt with this company? I think I heard of it through meetup. The website is at cashflowbox dot com. From the phone numbers on website, it seems based out of Las Vegas. One of the options they offer is acquiring property with private money. Comments appreciated before possibly investing.

I heard of him somehow and started getting emails from him. Got thing I saw this thread, might not be as good as his emails sound. Enticing but substance?

will check out a workshop they are offering in Long Beach tomorrow. it seems they have 2 types of investments. Check their website. One you buy property for under $4000 down. The other investment vehicle, you are the bank. Has anyone had experience with this company? It seems investments currrently through P2O Financial are in the Indianapolis and Memphis area. Will find out more tomorrow probably. Anyone that has had experience, positive or negative, would be appreciated.

But no need of crying over money that's gone we have to continue on from here. I was wondering if this site had an adopt a newbie program, because we would sure like to be adopted by someone with integrity who knows this business and are willing to teach because we are definitely willing to learn.

did you get tuition back with their guarantee? I went to their presentation yesterday and real estate foreclosure class is now like $1997 for 2 people. If get a deal within 90 days and let them use you as a testimonial supposedly can get tuition back. Was tempted but decided not join just yet.

probably create llc or corp to buy property to limit liabilities to your business and for tax considerations.

what about companies like northpointinvestor that advertise on biggerpockets. I assume if biggerpockets would allow them to be on homepage that they are reputable, is that the case? I assume in everything, one have to do their research and nothing is guaranteed right?
