I was scrubbing the web, sent out mailers to some distressed properties, Thankfully one house was behind in property taxes. We came to an agreement after the first few calls. It was Zestimate at $353,000. She Just wanted to pay off her mortgage and walk away with $40K. $225,000 seemed reasonable to her and after inspection lower the cost to $222,500.

I Got my First Home under contract late December for $222,500,  After closing we cleaned it up and went on the market As is property. We have an offer closing in 3 days for $325,000. We also have 2 back up offers at $325k. Really happy to be on the board. 

How did you feels after your first deal?

I got going with Real Estate by getting my first 2 homes under contract. With an ARV over $400k each. Work with a wholesale group in based out of Vancouver Washington.

Looking for some advice on ways to increase partnerships nationwide.

It depends on the amount money you are trying to invest. Are you looking to invest on your own or partner up with someone?
