@Karen Margrave it appears you can’t share social media names on Bigger Pockets. Oops. I would love to share some photos with you all maybe at the next meet up.

Good Morning- I am so glad we are going to start doing meet ups again.

We are currently doing a live in flip of sorts, we purchased a ran down Hud repo and got it in "living condition" moved into it and have continued to have work done. We lived here with subflooring in the kitchen for over a month. Covid has really slowed down work, but we did plan on living in an unfinished home for a little while.

Our previous primary residence is getting ready to be rented out, just needed a little paint and some LVP flooring.

All of our rentals are single family in Tehama and Shasta County. Although we are wanting/willing to venture into multifamily the opportunity hasn't hit yet.

My most recent exploration has been looking at a condo in Hawaii. The prices have started going down due to Covid/quarantine and the short term rentals being unused.

I would love to hear about others on where you all are at and what you are working towards.

Have a great day guys!

@Gavin D. This is the best response I have seen on the Biggerpockets forum! Thank you for taking the time to write a nice detailed response and supporting others. Best of luck to you.

We have used Zillow (bummer they are charging), realtor.com, and facebook marketplace. But beware, you will receive a ton of facebook messages with generic questions that you answered in your advertisement. Along with the fact your phone will be dinging at all hours of the night from facebook. But it is definitely a way to get your info out there.

There is also a site called hotpads that I have not personally used it but seems to have a lot of local (Redding) postings.

Best of luck.

Good Morning- We are still investing, working on the latest rehab and always looking for the next one. I would love to attend a meet up but I don't think any restaurant will allow a group of more than 10. At least that's how it appears from the few places I have seen. Is this for all restaurants or just the few I have seen?

@Jay Hinrichs- Don't pick on us too much, I think it only got to a high of 102 degrees in the last week of May.

@Sean Moore Awesome!

We do the Costco ones also! Easy to bleach and you can replace one piece at a time and not have it noticable.
