@Donnell Durden first off congrats for taking the steps 2 make a positive change. What I suggest is for you not to be directly involved in any of his transactions, but to maybe be an inspiration for him. I know, I know you probably feel like he is "the plug" because he has the cash & you have the know how, but think about it......

You are building your foundation and are on your way to financial freedom, but first you have to make it there!!!! Dealing with your friend may cause an "unexpected vacation" for the both of you in the long run. One that may ruin everything that YOU have worked so hard to accomplish. So in saying all of that, you should advise him, but do not deal with him directly. Keep doing what you are doing & i can assure you that you'll make it 2 the TOP where you want 2 be. Nothing comes easy & patience is a virtue!!!

Good luck

@Kyle Burnett good Job! I am just coming to completion on my first one so I know the exciting feeling that you have. It has been an amazing journey. I want to do things a little different going forward. Maybe someday I'll be featured on HGTV!!!!!! :-)

Good luck

It sounds like that is a question that only you can answer.

1. Does the lost cost outweigh your need for the help that you desire.

2. Could you use that time saved on more important things in your daily life

3. Will that 200.00 "break the bank"

There are many questions surrounding this topic & I think its best for you to do what will help you the most.  So if the monthly fee isnt that big of a deal then I'd say go for it. Its a relatively small price to pay for a peace of mind

Good luck

Dont be in a hurry to go nowhere fast!! Educate, Analyze, Educate some more, then pull the trigger. If you are uncertain then you may not truly be ready 2 invest. There are plenty of great deals out there 2 be had. Also make sure your numbers are spot on & that you are getting a true bang for your buck.

Happy investing

Hey Vince I love those cabinets & color!!! I say keep them and design your kitchen based off of the existing cabinets. That will save a ton of money & time.
