It would be very interesting if someone had the cost data per square foot of each area. It could be a great help for future arrangements.

Hello, according to the post. When You made a Flipping, this would be a base for taxes. In this case:

  • How much would the taxes be?
  • What would be the base $ 32k or $ 70k, for this example?
  • What would be the way to avoid paying taxes?

Hi @Paras Gupta

I agree with @Dorothy Butala , real estate investment is totally different from being a realtor. The only real estate invest certification is your deals history and the money in your bank account.

Hi @Sean OToole

First of all, I know that the post is old but I have a question about the subject. I bought a list and I click to delete repeated addresses. Now this is my question, in the file is the column with Mail Adress and there is another column of Property Adress. Which address should LOI be sent to?

Hi @Jason E

It really is true, with that $ 150 value that you can not get a property inside the loop. I would think of one that needs a little work.

Hi @Michael Malloy

I'm also on that path to jump to Multifamily. The person I have followed is Grant Cardone.

Hi @Alex Bedar

Totally a bad idea, you lose control of the costs of the rehabbing. It would be a different case if you have a local partner.

In my opinion, the best way to find flipping deals is direct mail and wholesaling

Hi @Mason Moran.

Welcome to BP.

In the BP search, you can place the word Wholesaling and filter by Virginia. There you will find several companies like @Virginia Realty Investments LLC. I recommend writing them directly.

Good Luck.
