How to Find Cash Buyers
Hi, I am Christopher Jenco and I am very new to Wholesaling. I have been reading and listening to podcasts and just want to know how and what should I do to generate a successful cash buyer list?....Oh I am also in the Houston, Texas market.

Have deals.
If you have good deals, you'll have no problem finding cash buyers. Just got to a local REIA meeting with your deal and if it's a decent deal cash buyers will want to talk. If you get zero interest, you might want to check your numbers because experienced investors are telling you that it's not really that good of a deal.
