I was just wondering if trying to fund 1.5 million dollars is possible. I think the best route to take is the private money route but are there any other ways to fund that would work better? What are the best ways to fund with realistically no money but a high credit score? If you were finishing up college which route would you take? Feel free to connect

Quote from @Jen Whitehead:

There are lenders that are knowledgeable about short term rentals and their bread and butter are DSCR loans that will take into account projected income. I think it may be against the rules to post specific companies here.

Thank you Jen this is very helpful.

How can I prove to a bank that a property is going to make money based on projected numbers? I think more specifically is it even possible? My thought process is that I do not have the funds to purchase a house but I have a very high credit score and if proving to a bank that a specific property can produce significant cash flow will persuade the bank to loan me the money. I am more than welcome to other suggestions.

I have found a great 8 unit rental property that needs few improvements and move in ready. I currently am in college so i do not have a lot of money but i have ran the numbers and it is truly a homerun deal. The only problem is that it is listed for 1.5 million dollars. Is this a too far fetched property for me to buy?

I have been trying to think of ways to fund this deal from private investors and then get a mortgage, but would a bank or credit union even consider to give me a mortgage that high? I want to know what people think on here or what I should do.

Recently I have finished some research in a couple of the many different loan types and financing for a home with little money or simply no money at all. The two that I fill are the most noticeable to me is the FHA loan and the 203k loan subset of the FHA. Obviously both come with pros and cons but what I am wondering is what are the best loans to use to start off in Real Estate? Or maybe what are the best ones for a first home? Please let me know what loans what have been best used.

I am planning to potentially move to the state of Colorado for post-secondary schooling. What are the best places to live for Real Estate in Colorado? Where are the markets the highest? Lowest? I currently am looking into the Steamboat Springs, Denver, and Boulder areas, any advice on any of these markets?
