@Curtis Crenshaw I had it lined up but the deal fell through. Old point wanted the property and loan to be in my name for 30 days. Then I was going to have Caplan law do the title transfer.

@Curtis Crenshaw Ok. I gotcha. Old point will let you establish the loan in your name and then transfer title to your LLC. I know that's a hassle and a cost, but it is an option. I spoke to them about that in 2019. If you need a contact let me know.

@Curtis Crenshaw have you talked to local banks? Old point? Towne? Sonabank? NFCU? LFCU?

Also @Alex Winfield is very knowledgeable on BRRRR in Hampton Roads.

Are you a rehabber who is having trouble finding deals? A wholesaler who can't find buyers? A contractor who wants to branch out? A landlord who wants to get into Airbnbs? Whatever the case may be, you do not want to miss out on Hopportunity's first Speed Networking Event!

@Gregory Cudzilo I’m going to include Hampton Roads in this thread. Of course we have a strong military and industrial economy, but also Amazon just bought a large parcel in Suffolk.
