New-ish Investor headed to Norfolk

Finally got the motivation to post a new member intro haha. I'm also looking forward to expanding my knowledge and experience with you all. My name is Miles and I'm active duty military and own a couple buy and hold properties in Ohio and Colorado. The goal is to grow the modest portfolio by 1-3 properties in VA. Headed to Langley AFB near Hampton VA in June 2020 and want to get a head start on introducing myself. I'm a strict buy and hold investor open to light rehab, multi-family house hacking, nicer single-family properties. I'll be looking in the Hampton or even Norfolk area (I can do a longer commute for a good deal). Already heard TRIG is a great start to networking and I'm open to meeting investor savvy realtors looking for a motivated investor to work with. Looking forward to interacting with everyone.
