I have a goal of becoming financially free within 10 years if I start now and became a full time real estate agent would it speed up my process buy giving me better opportunities or would working as a agent slow me down cause of all the fees, learning process, and the long hour's.

I know that a real estate investor does not necessarily need a license but I have hurd the advantages and disadvantages and was wondering if it is worth it

I know that in order to get a mortgage you need to prove you have a reliable source of income and show 2 years of a stedy work history but I have a low income job and was hoping to switch to a better paying one. If I do not have 2 years at working at the same place will I still be able to qualify for a mortgage and if not is there any way I can get around it.

Hey I am 17 and have been interested in real estate investing for awhile now. I was wondering if there is any ways I can invest in real estate as a 17 year old or anythang I can do now to speed the process up for when I do turn 18.
