How can I get started investing in real estate at 19?

I’m 19. Live in Arizona. And I have wanted to invest in real estate since I was 16. I’m trying to figure out how I can possibly get started investing. The main hurdle for me being financing. Any help whatsoever would be massively appreciated. This is also my first post ever on here however I’ve read many of the books.

P.S. Think it would be awesome if one of the podcast episodes was helping a newbie with their first purchase or even creating a series on it. Think that would help a lot of people. Don’t know if that already exists though.
