Congrats on getting started and welcome the forum. The sunbelt continues to provide markets with opportunities. Areas like Dallas, Atlanta, Charlotte, Raleigh, Jacksonville, Orlando and Tampa have shown growth and continue to build upon that growth. Also, some metrics that can help filter out potential are; population grown, income growth, job growth, rent growth and job diversification. These can help filter out some of the noise and depending on goals, can help identify target markets. Best of luck going forward!

While dependent on your goals, Columbus and surrounding areas provide great opportunities as the city continues to expand. Cincinnati has QOZ opportunities throughout. Some metrics that can help identify which works within your goals are; population growth, income growth, job growth, job diversification and rent growth. Best of luck breaking in.

Thanks for sharing and congrats on the new relationship. Off market deals provide a great competitive advantage. Best of luck and look forward to seeing how things progress.
