 Sounds like you know what you are talking about in this space.  Do you have a lease I could look at, if you feel comfortable sharing.  You also mentioned you started pretty young, I am 18 and just purchased my first college rental, any tips?

I just purchased a long-term single-family home and was wondering what moving in tenants should look like.  When I find a tenant what should be the next steps to get them into the house?

I just purchased my first rental property and am working to get tenants in there.  I was wondering how often I should preform inspections of the property and what I should be looking for.  This is a single- family property.

I just purchased my first rental property and am currently looking for a tenant.  I was wondering what I should give the tenant as far as a move-in package.  Like common maintenance, maintenance requests paperwork, etc.  I have an idea of what would be important to give them, but I am trying to figure out some important things maybe I didn't think of.

I am in the insurance process and was wondering if I should get theft/vandalism insurance for my long-term rental.
