There is a property on auction.com in Mount Pleasant, MI if I were to bid and get it what is the process to taking possession. Any from MI know the process personally? It is showing vacant now. Thanks for the help!

Does anyone have experience buying from Auction.com? There are a few properties on there but all owner occupied? One has a case pending... is this risky?  How would I take possession and get the tenants out?

Looking at a house on auction.com that is now bank owner but still occupied. Any have experience not only buying through this site but also getting tenants to move out. What are the odds it’s trashed? Any recourse from previous owners? Eviction necessary?
