Hi, Brodie There are several real estate investor groups that meet in the Springfield Missouri area already. Why don't you hook up with them? And you can give me a call as well?

What are your thoughts and experiences with on-line real estate auctions? I have been warned against them.

I used to use satin on walls believing that I could wash them easier when a tenant left. But after about 8 yrs I finally figured out that flat is best. It is easiest to retouch without having to repaint the whole thing. Satin always shows a different sheen (flashing) when retouched, even when using the very same paint from the very same can. Added comment: Me too. I like an old Color Place color (Walmart) named Mature Spanish Chestnut along with Country White in Semigloss for trim, doors, eyc

Hello! I am wanting to open a Self Directed Roth IRA. I have heard of Equity. Does anyone have any advice as to which company would be best/easiest to work with?

Thanks to both of you. I asked around with some local investors and then decided to rent one from General Rental Center. I took it to the house and set it up. My maintenance man will check it a couple times and move it from room Sat and Sun. If need be, I will keep it Mon too. I'll let you know how it goes!

Hello! I would like some feedback from anyone out there concerning use of Ozone generators to remove smells, etc. I have some flips with awful pet smells that have not been removed w Clorox. What is your experience w an ozone machine?
