Andrea Tapp I will definitely be in the minority here but I only use Sherwin Williams SuperPaint. It is a lot more expensive but with 30-40% discounts all the time at SW it is not that much more. Usually it works out even cheaper due to less paint needed. Reason is I paint my units instead of contracting it out and I truly can get 1 coat coverage (quick second just for spots I didn't get that well) vs. 2-3 coats with other brands. Time is money.

Post: Similar Named LLCs Question

I understand that you might run the risk of getting in trouble if you take on a very similar LLC name to a competitor in the same market space. That all makes sense to me but will I face any issues if I own multiple LLCs with similar names? Seems only I could sue myself or am I missing something?

Example: ABC Properties 1550 LLC and ABC Properties 4539 LLC

I have formed an LLC in the past but it didn't seem worth it but now I am getting into larger buildings and would like to start one up again. Ideally I would just like to use the same name, Ex. ABC Properties and just add the corresponding property's street number on the end, Ex ABC Properties 1550, LLC. There would be multiple ABC Properties LLCs only different by the number on the end. Possible?

Thanks

Post: Indy Apartment Complexes - any realtors, PMs, etc out there?

Hi All

I have been actively looking to purchase an apartment complex in Milwaukee but have opened my search to include Indy as well. I see a few hopefuls but I do not have an Indy network. Anyone can point me in the direction to some respected Commercial Realtors and PMs?

Financing, etc. lined up, money is burning a hole in my pocket :)

thanks b
