I have a retail buyer lead pop up on my website that is out of my area and would like to assist her and get her someone more familiar with that area. She already has a particular house that she is looking at. Here is what she wrote me:

 I am looking for assistance in purchasing this foreclosure home with a "rent to own" option. I am in love with this home. Great location for my 3 children to walk to school. Quiet area and my family is near by. If you have any information on real estate investors who will purchase the home and do a trust deed. Alabama area in need of a quick close by the end of February, in a dire situation.

I am so glad I came across this post and I just started doing my own website and it is ALOT more work that one would think to put into a website for it to not only make sense but be effective and rank on Google. I am definitely going to start my IC this month and hopefully can start pulling more leads soon. UGH! Totally exhausted, really! Lesson learned on not reinventing the wheel. Its hard to do that when you consider yourself good at a few things. Lol.

You're right @ Kelly, the numbers are a bit high, and with the guarantee. Now that I am reading what I wrote it totally sounds reachy too. I have been burning myself out trying to market these properties  since I got them, but I think I need to remember that its okay to lose some contracts. I apologize to yall for posting this, this is definitely not my style. But what I will do is try to find some better deals or even start searching in a new area in the state. Quality over quantity.

So I have been online trying to up my knowledge in real estate and marketing in general. I have come to the realization that with the starter website I just started, that maybe I should start a blog. I am thinking this would build my online presence as well as boost my SEO for my site. With all that out of the way, I am a beginner and haven't done a deal yet. What can I write about?

So I this year I want to get a bit more serious about investing in this area. I think I have been stuck in analysis paralysis for a while, and stalking houses... When do you think a good meetup time would be for you guys?  

Hello family! I am out of the Army now and would like to transfer my TSP (Thrift Savings Plan) in to something I can use for real estate investing. New to this. I have heard of the SD IRA, and now am hearing about SD IRA LLC and a SOLO 401K LLC. Would love some feedback on this. Thank you in advance!
