Hello everyone! A little about me is that I am currently in college to get my RN license but my fiance and I are interested in owning a couple of properties to rent out. We plan on locating to Columbus after graduation and starting out buying our first home with cash and making the proper improvements to make the rental home a good investment. I have no experience but have been talking to others seeing how they made their transition into investing. I look forward to hearing how you all started out and hearing any suggestions.
