Good morning BP, My wife and I started our Real Estate Investing LLC back in January of 2017 and hadn't given much thought to having business insurance. We currently are running our real estate investing business from home and are working Wholesale deals. What kind of business insurance would you recommend and is there a specific insurance company that you use? Thank you deeply and sincerely, Bryon Monson BSM Ventures, LLC

Good evening everyone, I have gotten a fixer property under contract and looks like it will make a great wholesale property, my question comes with the fact the house is/was being sold with the lot next to it which is zoned as "residential housing". There is a huge potential here to make a great profit, but I want to make sure and see if anyone else has done a bundled wholesale deal where they split the house and vacant lot? I want to make sure this is doable and/or if there are any special considerations. Thank you, Bryon Monson

Hello and good evening to everyone here on BP!

I have been looking at a couple of properties in the Portland, OR area that are foreclosed.  I haven't pursued putting an offer in just yet because I have not sought out an investor friendly title company that will be willing to do a double closing or a back-to-back closing, as I would be wholesaling the properties.

Does anyone have good advice for which title companies to look into and which ones to avoid? Also how about advice on any title companies that are operating in multiple states?

Thank you everyone,

Bryon and Stephanie Monson
