Bundled Wholesale Deal?

Bryon M. Monson

Good evening everyone, I have gotten a fixer property under contract and looks like it will make a great wholesale property, my question comes with the fact the house is/was being sold with the lot next to it which is zoned as "residential housing". There is a huge potential here to make a great profit, but I want to make sure and see if anyone else has done a bundled wholesale deal where they split the house and vacant lot? I want to make sure this is doable and/or if there are any special considerations. Thank you, Bryon Monson
