Hey everyone,

I want to know what I should do,

I have a 2acre lot and mobile home and

I wanted to sell to an investor.

He told me he is an investor, we negotiated, got the contract and told me everything is fine. He hasn’t reacted out to me until I did for a week. Week pasted He told me he’s a wholesaler, hasn’t given earnest. And now he tells me before 60 days. But I already had a investor that wanted to do this process and had the cash. What should I do? And will I face consequences for breaking contract?

yup another seller snookered and lied to by a wholesaler.. and wholesalers wonder why they get a bad rap

plus who in their right mind ties up a property for 250 bucks..  deposits should be 1 to 2k minimum.  for investor deals.
