Dave McEvoy part of qualifying the sellers is having them tell you what they believe the market value of the property to be. So if the seller tells you the house is worth $100,000 then you need to buy it for around $65,000. In the contract that you and the seller both sign it states the house is worth $100,000 so it is not a surprise to the seller that their house is worth more than you are paying. The contract also states that you have the right to list the property on the mls before you close and that you intend to make a HUGE PROFIT. I suggest searching Michael Quarles.

Does anybody know how to search for homeowners with equity in Canada. I'm looking to market to homeowners with 30% equity or more. Wondering if there is a way to pull a huge list of properties with equity. Or can I simple go driving for dollars and then be able to search those individual properties for equity. Any help would be appreciated

It does look like the deck is sloped away from that corner. Can I ask why you didn't build it level?

One thing to consider ( I work for a GC) When we're backed up with work for months to come and someone wants a quote for a small job. Instead of telling them we're to busy we will still quote it but quote very high. 50-100% higher than if it was a slow time for us. Worse case we get the job and make a huge mark up. The lower quote may not be a cheap company. Could just be someone willing to do it for normal going rate.

Question for you folks from Winnipeg. Wondering which attorney in Winnipeg you are using for your rei deals. If they are willing to do wholesale deals(assignment and double close) that is a bonus. My current attorney is a little hesitant

It really depends on how much time you think those tasks will take. Besides the direct mail marketing you can hire a 16 year old for $150 for a day and pay them cash
