I am looking for a company that will send yellow letters in Canada.  I have created my own list.  Just need to find a company that will at a minimum print yellow letters/post cards for me.

Let me know if you have found a Canadian company.

Your first post says the as is current market value is $1M. Then you say you will wholesale immediately for $1.05M Why would the investor buying from a wholesaler Pay over market value when they could just buy the same home on MLS for $1M? If your thinking wholetail this deal. You need to get it under contract for $700k then list it with a realtor for $1M.
