@Patrick Chiles awesome advice, is this like section 8 housing in a way?

So I recently started working as a social media manager for a investor in Florida. I want to provide as much value as I can to my clients so I can grow a quality business managing social media accounts for people in real estate. My mentor told me to focus on realtors because they need it more, but not to limit myself to just realtors.

What are your thoughts on the benefits of social media for realtors? How have you used social media to improve your business? What are some good ways to find quality clients? What are some techniques you use for your posts? And what other advice would you give on social media for investors and realtors?

I'd start the eviction process and advise your tenet to apply for section 8 if she can't find a place to take her in, due to her credit score.

I would go with the BRRR personally, but if you find a good turn key investment it can make life a whole lot easier.

It's a slack group that does online meetups every week. DM me and I'll give you more details

Hey Investors,

I'm 17 years old and I love to study business strategy. I really want Real estate to be part of my future, I have been looking into remote investing, and I really like the idea of it. I have some questions concerning real estate investing, I hope that I will be able to receive answers through the forum.

How can I invest in a property when I am 18 without a full time W2 job?

What are the different steps of remote real estate investing, from finding the best place to invest, finding the right investment, buying the house remotely, finding management and real estate agents, and other steps?

Any advice would be extremely appreciated, and I would love to connect with anyone that is willing to help me along the way.

Cheers,

Bryant Francom

What are some of the best places to invest in real estate? Where would you invest for rentals over flips, or other strategies for that matter? are some of the high end places better or are smaller towns better? Where do you personally invest, and what have you learned from that area?

Is there anyone that is investing in high end areas such as hollywood? Would love to here some insights.

What are some different options to advertise your rental property to renters, I have heard that airbnb and craigslist are good. What are other options? What do you personally use and why?

I have heard a little bit about distance real estate investing, and how profitable it can be. There is no information on long distance real estate flipping, and how to do it. What are some resources to learn more about how to do long distance investing?
