I have heard a little bit about distance real estate investing, and how profitable it can be. There is no information on long distance real estate flipping, and how to do it. What are some resources to learn more about how to do long distance investing?

@Bryant Francom I can only speak for my market, but making the numbers work when you have middle men is tough. Here with the right provider you can 100% do a flip or a brrr, but getting the numbers to where you want them is a different conversation.
