Newbie looking to network

I've been in construction for well over 20 years and have been working for myself for about 4 years.  I have always wanted to own rental properties however it wasn't until I came across a few big names (Brandon Turner, Grant Cardone, Max Maxwell etc) that I realized I could achieve this much quicker than I thought it was possible.  I'm not quite yet ready to purchase a property however I am looking to connect with investors and property management companies.
