Hello BP!

I was reading through several posts on the forums that mentioned that it is a good idea to open up a LLC to protect yourself when refinancing a property. I am curious what are the perks of opening up a LLC vs a S Corp and/if it is completely necessary for my to use a LLC for my first home purchase/refinance.

I am a first time home buyer and was wondering what is the pro and cons of using a FHA loan vs a standard mortgage for my first home purchase. Any thoughts and feedback would be greatly appreciated.

And does anyone have any suggestions for a FHA Loan in the Austin, TX area?

Good Evening BP,

I have several questions regarding refinancing. I am looking to purchase a home with a down payment less than 20% let's say 10-15% taking on a PMI. Are there are rules regarding refinancing on the property with a PMI in the first month to pull out 70% of the ARV to be used on another investment property? I am not too familiar with the process and was wondering if someone can clear things up for me.

Hi BP,

I am looking to purchase my first house early next year. What are some tips, advice that one could give to a first time home buyer? What should I expect with Taxes in Austin, TX, inspections, commissions, closing cost, etc? I am nervous about this first big move and would appreciate all the advice I could get on BP.

I am looking to purchase my first property in Austin, TX. A 2BD, 2 BA and house hack the other room for extra income. Let's say if I refinance my house to purchase another home, how many mortgages am I allowed? Is it determined by the banks, my income or limit per year? I am looking to implement the BRRRR strategy and is very new to real estate investing.
