I am currently in the process of creating a business plan in order to obtain funds for my first flip. I plan to use it to try to access money for the purchase and rehab of a property I have located. If anyone has any advice or wants to share their experiences with this route I would appreciate it.

I am a newbie with bad credit. I'm looking into getting into house flipping through foreclosures and tax sales. Are there any books or good advice out there?

I'm new to real estate investing and come use some advice. I'm in the process of learning all I can. What are a few common options for someone in my position to begin investing. I have around a 620 credit score and $10,000 and am ready to dive head first. Im just not exactly sure where to dive.
