Newbie starting out with foreclosures
I am a newbie with bad credit. I'm looking into getting into house flipping through foreclosures and tax sales. Are there any books or good advice out there?

I would say if your newbie I would try the more traditional route of purchasing property. You can probably find a hard money lender that is willing to work with you or find a money partner.
