I just wanted to say hello to the community here on Bigger Pockets. My wife and I are getting our feet wet in the real estate investment pond. She is full time getting our business off the ground I help during my free time after work. We are looking to network in the d/c nova area. We are members of one REIA and looking for more. We are also interested in finding new wholesalers to add us to their buyers list I would like as many deals coming our way as possible. Thanks and HELLO.

I need advise from someone in the business. When first starting out is it better to have more time to invest or more money? I have the opportunity to take a different job that pays less but leaves 3 weekdays free to do marketing and networking but I won't have much money to invest in marketing. It seems like a no brainier in a few months I could be making in 3 months what I make in a year now but if things go slowly and the market turns down things will be tight for awhile. Did anyone go through the same thing? I keep hearing stories about how people get fired and they say it was the best thing that ever happened to them. They have no choice but to succeed Thanks for your input in advance.

I have the square card reader. I read they are wise to the method of pulling money off your credit cards. The people who tried it said the company wouldn't prosses the transaction because they weren't buying something
