Real Estate Mentor Advice - Houston

Hi All! My name is Bryce and I'm new to real estate. I've been researching and listening in on the BP podcasts and am really excited to get started, however I don't exactly know what or where that starting point should be. As of now, I'm interested in wholesaling to build seed money and then venturing off into flipping and rentals. Would anyone have any beginning advice or would be interested in being a mentor to a young buck that's willing to put in the work. Btw, I'm a financial analyst by day but I'm looking to start the road to financial freedom. I'm in the Houston area!! Thanks Bryce
