Looking for a JV partner for a flip in Detroit. Don't have any properties yet, but don't want to find something and the process be delayed. I have an example I could show you of one I just did that worked out pretty well. If interested please PM me. Thanks

Hello everyone just started a probates direct mailing campaign. Sent out my first letters about 3 weeks ago. Wanted to see if anyone has any advice on when it would it be a good time to cold call the list. Would now in the beginning when they just filed for probate be a good time or should I wait to do it towards the middle of my DM campaign or at the end? Thank you in advance for any replies
