They is the bank. The bank gives money to whomever is occupying the property.  But "they" can also be the buyer. Who ever owns the property and is trying to get people out without the eviction process.

Banks ask them to leave. Then if that doesn't work, they offer $2000 if they move with all of their stuff. If that doesn't work they go to $5,000 up to $10,000. (Cash for keys).

I hope this is the last one, but just remember the 2 weeks shutdown has now turned into the 1 year shutdown.

I've been searching for an answer, but I've been getting mixed information. When you go to the courthouse and bid on a foreclosure is your bid paying off that loan? So if there is only 1 loan and it is being foreclosed on, that property will be clear of that mortgage?
