Foreclosure Auction with people still in the house

I want to preface this by saying that I'm not looking into bidding on this particular property, but I have a question about this situation. I received a notification about a REO going up for auction on auction.com beginning tomorrow. It states that there are people still living in the house. I'm curious as to how that works if you are the winning bidder. They have been living there for a few years without paying the mortgage and I'm wondering what it would a person would have to do to remove them from the premises. Also, if anyone is interested, it's 96A Old South Rd, Nantucket, MA. Beginning bid is for around $685k. It's a 3/3 with a 2 bay garage. On Nantucket it could be worth around $1.3M, Auction.com says $1.6M, but I don't think it could get that. I don't know the condition of the house nor what it would take to rehab it, and it's out of my price range.

Banks ask them to leave. Then if that doesn't work, they offer $2000 if they move with all of their stuff. If that doesn't work they go to $5,000 up to $10,000. (Cash for keys).
