What are peoples thoughts on the latest moratorium extension? Do you believe it will be continued Until end of year which would inevitably push it until 2022 or do you think this will be the last one?

100% probability that it will get extended past 3/31

@Brooks Hunt most of the south never shut down.  We had stay-at-home orders for a few weeks and that meant stay-at-home-depot.
