I'd be down to gather anyone who's game for a meet-up.  We could do another meet-up at Prairie Brew Pub in Tulsa.

Hey guys, I know this is an old thread, but are there any plans of more meet ups in Tulsa?

Seeking property owners in Tulsa, OK (specifically the Midtown area) looking to unload properties.  Please message if interested.

Bob,

They are functioning homes that are rent ready.  We don't always have a tenant in place before we close, but the rental will get filled quickly.

Thanks,

BH

Hello,

As I am a new buy-and-hold rental real estate investor, I am seeking a reputable lender in the Tulsa area.  We have done deals in the past with lenders in our area that have been quite difficult to work with (requiring excessive repairs to be done, unresponsive when we have questions, and drew out the loan process much longer than it should have been).  We still have less than 3 loans, so we have been using conventional lending as opposed to commercial lending.  I'd also be interested to hear how you all have handle difficult lenders in past circumstances.

Thank you for your feedback and input!

Sincerely,

BH

I am in need of a recommended online property management service.  We operate in Oklahoma, so the service would need to be compatible with our area.  Specifically, the service we desire would entail prospective tenant screening and background checks,  seamless way for the tenant to set up automatic rental payments, and any of the other bells and whistles that landlords would find helpful in their regular course of business.  Thank you all very much in advance for your help and advice!
