We just got our first fix and flip under contract. It's a 3 br 1 ba rowhome in Baltimore 21213. Still working on financing..

@Account Closed I’m a newbie about to remotely invest in Detroit. Can you share the profile of your deal (purchase/rehab/sale price)? I’m getting cold feet lol. Also, do you have any recommendations for a GC or rehab team?
