First off, thank you for the wealth of information this community has provided me thus far. 

I'm looking into investing OOS and will be visiting Birmingham Sept 8-10 to check out the city, and learn more about potential investments (SFR, MFR, turnkey). I hope to make some great contacts while I'm there.
