@Lee Ripma No existing ductwork, about 650sqft, typical old "4 room" plan. Living, kitchen (no dining), 2 bedrooms, and small bathroom.

For small BRRRR potential rental, wondering if it is worth the savings to install hotel style heat/air control systems rather than tradtional HVAC. What have your experiences been whether cost, savings, or quality vs a tradtional HVAC system?

@Casey Caton, a fair amount of B & C multi family in the Joplin, MO area about 45 minutes to an hour away. I'd be happy to share what we have both on and off market. 

 I mean... that's kinda what/how they suggest on the podcasts? Not how I'm going about it or really would be comfortable with it, but it must be working for somebody! 

What cap rate or cash flow would you (all on this thread) be looking for regarding storage units? I'm attracted to the lessor involvement and time committment, haven't yet offered on a local property essentially because I'm not familiar (no real lenght of time studying or personal knowledge) with storage units as a business.
